Reusable cup
The flagship. Beautiful, sturdy, with a seed at the base — ready to become a tree at end of life.
CopoWood — a 100% biodegradable cup made from bioplastic and cassava stem waste. Each one holds a native tree seed. Ready to scale. Ready for ESG.

Every CopoWood is a measurable, auditable act of reforestation and carbon capture.
MDWood imports the Japanese additive that transforms conventional PET into a truly biodegradable polymer, blended with natural derivatives of cassava and castor bean. The wood component comes from cassava stem — an agricultural residue — so no trees are cut to make the cup. The result is a certified cup, at market price, that returns to the soil instead of the ocean.
A non-toxic chemical agent that breaks down PET into organic matter, safe for nature.
Renewable Brazilian raw materials from agricultural waste. Zero deforestation.
Every cup holds a native seed. Plant the cup. Grow a tree. Documented carbon credit.
Buyers choose their seed from our partner nursery's catalog — species selected for each Brazilian biome. The opening at the base — where the tree sprouts — can be shaped as your company's logo. Every cup ships with the invoice for the seed, so your ESG report and carbon credits are fully traceable.
"Daniel-san gave a bonsai to every customer who bought a car." — Cobra Kai
Turn that gesture into your brand: every vehicle delivered, every hotel checkout, every stadium drink — one cup, one tree, your logo on the forest.
MANDNA bioplastic replaces polypropylene in almost any molded or extruded utensil — opening a family of products that share the same environmental promise.

The flagship. Beautiful, sturdy, with a seed at the base — ready to become a tree at end of life.

One standard-thread handle fits brooms, squeegees and shovels. Same bioplastic, same origin, same destiny: the soil.

A discreet opening at the base cradles the seed. No add-on, no sticker — part of the piece itself, released only at planting time.

Companies, events and retail chains stamp their brand on every piece — a giveaway that goes to the soil, not the trash.

ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) has moved from investor jargon to hard reporting requirement. Scope 3 emissions, CSRD, SEC climate rules and Brazilian CVM Resolution 193 all demand traceable, third-party-verifiable offset actions — not marketing.
Documented reduction in single-use plastic + verifiable reforestation with invoiced native seeds.
Community engagement: buyers pick the seed and see the tree. Employees, clients and cities become participants.
Full chain of custody: seed invoice, cup batch, planting record — audit-ready for CSRD and CVM 193.
Automakers under Scope 3 pressure need tangible sustainability gifts. A branded cup + seed handed with every new car is a memorable, low-cost, verifiable offset gesture.
Brazilian states and municipalities (São Paulo Law 16.756/2018, Rio Law 8.006/2018, and expanding federal ESG requirements) restrict conventional single-use plastics in health facilities. Biodegradable cups are moving from option to obligation.
Steelmakers, broadcasters (Record, SBT), logistics giants — high-emission companies must compensate. Our cup turns each internal event into a documented reforestation act.
Full unit cost R$ 3.50–3.80 per cup. Never sold below R$ 8 B2B — the positioning is premium ESG, not commodity plastic. Same machine, four channels, four margins.
Below this, the premium ESG narrative collapses. PP always wins a price war.
50k units × R$ 12 = R$ 600k revenue · R$ 410k gross margin. Two orders per quarter ≈ R$ 3.3M/year margin.
Festival of 100k cups × R$ 9 = R$ 520k margin. Recurring buyers; the plantable cup doubles as sponsor activation.
Compare: Stanley cups sell R$ 100+ with no story. Our seed narrative unlocks premium shelf pricing.
Contractual, recurring volume. Healthcare is the captive buyer of disposables by biosafety law.
MDWood production line: R$ 100k CAPEX. At R$ 6/cup average margin, a single mid-size corporate order clears the entire investment.
720M single-use cups discarded per day globally. Brazilian sustainable-packaging market growing >12% CAGR. ESG-linked corporate gifting alone is a US$ 30B+ category — CopoWood is the only product that turns the gift into a traceable tree.
